Our Central new york solar Eclipse Experience at Emerald Cocktail kitchen

Did you have the opportunity to witness the eclipse on Monday? Wherever you were, we hope you had a chance to enjoy the view!

We headed to Emerald Cocktail Kitchen on Tipperary Hill in syracuse, new york for their rooftop viewing experience, and it was nothing short of incredible.

Their eclipse viewing party included a delicious lunch buffet, a swag bag with viewing glasses, and wine tastings from Heron Hill Winery. But the real stars were their specialty cocktails (no surprises here!):

Blackout ⚫️: Gin, Triple Sec, Lemon Juice, Egg White, Charcoal Dust

Solar Eclipse 🌑: Tequila, Triple Sec, Orange Juice, Agave, Pomegranate Juice
