THE DETAILS

WHAT TO EXPECT

Camp Collective begins Thursday night with dinner, a networking mixer, and a panel discussion led by women leaders.

​On Friday, we’ll kick off the weekend with an exclusive Community Day for our campers, featuring leadership and personal growth workshops as well as connection-driven camp experiences like sunrise paddling and a sunset campfire.

​friday night and all day saturday, we’ll join the Women in the Woods retreat, which includes nature-based programming like hiking and swimming, along with a one-of-a-kind Adirondack experience.

Thursday

  • ​​4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Arrival & Check-in

A self-development workshop led by Alex Canavan, founder of the CNY Women's Network™. This transformative session invites you to unpack past trust barriers and explore what it means to truly lean on and support other women, especially in moments when asking for help feels hard.

A panel discussion and networking mixer with Elizabeth Ruscitto, founder of 2122 Business & Career Coaching. Learn how to build community even if you’re new, introverted, or navigating tight-knit circles.

A leadership workshop led by Kristy Mandour, founder of Sow To Speak . Explore the seven personas in your internal dialogue and learn how to shift into the one that leads with clarity, groundedness, and conviction. This experiential session gives you tools you can use the moment you leave the room.
